Lesley is an experienced finance executive with over 30 years of hands-on leadership across public accounting, consulting, and multiple industries. She has served as CFO and senior finance leader for organizations ranging from $11M startups to $700M global divisions — and she brings that same depth of expertise to every client, regardless of size.
A PricewaterhouseCoopers alumna on the accounting side, Lesley went on to take on progressive leadership roles at Corning Inc., Goodrich, Elbit Systems of America, and FreeFlight Systems. She went on to serve as a Partner at SeatonHill Partners, a premier fractional and interim CFO firm, before co-founding Make Bold Solutions alongside her husband Mark — also a PwC alumnus, from the consulting practice — to bring that combined depth of expertise to smaller businesses.
Beyond her client work, Lesley is deeply committed to community service. She serves as Board Treasurer for Girl Scouts of the Kansas Heartland and as a Trustee for the Kansas Children's Service League Foundation — bringing the same rigor and care to nonprofit governance that she brings to her business clients.

Mark brings more than 30 years of software architecture and technology leadership to Make Bold Solutions. His background spans consulting, enterprise, and healthcare systems — with deep expertise in cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure, .NET application development, and AI-assisted delivery.
Make Bold Solutions brings financial clarity through CFO leadership and strategic guidance — and Mark ensures clients have the systems and tools to act on it. Whether that means evaluating a new platform, connecting business data to better workflows, or simply asking the right technical questions before a major decision, he bridges the gap between financial strategy and the technology that supports it.
